Summer Beauty
In our part of the world crepe myrtles are very beautiful in the summertime. They seem to love the bright sunshine and extreme heat we have here. I just love looking at them. I took these pictures in the parking lot of the school where I'm going now.

I love Crepe Myrtle trees....
I have become a huge fan of crepe myrtles over the past few years. What wonderful trees! They give so much beauty and flower for so long - it's hard to NOT love them. I have one in my front flower bed and 3 in the backyard. If our ground wasn't so flippin' hard to dig through, I'd probably have an entire forest of them. lol
