Today has been a very busy day that started really early for me. But I have gotten quite a lot accomplished and that always feels good.
I still have a few things on my to do list for the weekend.
I have a question.
Where is everyone getting such fantastic, beautiful backgrounds and designs for your blogs? I'm not so swift on all this and I just chose from the blogspot templates and made a few minor changes.
Can anyone tell me where to go or how to spruce up and get a blog face lift?
Okay, I found a link on someones page and played when I should have been finishing up my day's chores.
Oh well, you gotta play some. Right?

Your blog looks great. I love the changes. My template is from final sense but I think I'm going to change it too because it's a bit dark. I want something lighter I think.

Oh that looks so great! I found one that I liked at that same site, tried the linkage, and it didn't work! WAAAHHHH! What magic trick do I have to do to make it work? Do I need to take my template off first, hold my tongue off to the side, rub my tummy counterclockwise, while whistling Strangers in the Night? Any advice would be most welcomed!

I just followed their instructions and it worked. I had to manually change my template for shapes and location of blog items and fonts and colors in the customize section of blogger. It took me quite a while to get it to look good. I tried several different colors and such before I pleased with what I saw.
I can't get it to work. I tried again and again this afternoon. I get a plain background and an icky photobucket icon stuck right in the middle of the text. I've wanted a pretty wallpaper background for a while, but thought I would have to pay someone to make one for me. Shucks!
