Christmas Decorations

I know I'm really late getting my pictures of Christmas decorations posted, but it isn't Christmas yet. This first picture is the promised picture of the adorable ornament I won from Donna at Cottage Days and Journey's bloggy give-away in November. My kids put up the Christmas tree while I was at the hospital with Garry. But they didn't know about this special ornament, so I got to put it on the tree after we got home. Thank you Donna!!

Little Bit spends a lot of time behind this little tree that one of my co-workers made a few years ago.

I have a sofa table that sits on a wall instead of behind the sofa because our new sofa has recliners on each end. That doesn't work with the sofa table that belonged to my mother.
Here are some of the decorations on it.

Here are the Christmas do-dads on my grandmother's sewing machine.

There isn't a fireplace in our living room, so our stockings hang from this little inside window. Our house is a bit unusual. It was a mobile home at one point, but the previous owner built onto it several times and has completely enclosed the mobile home portion. So this little window was the kitchen window of the mobile home that now looks into our living room. I love it, because I can see into the living room and I can set things on the window ledge on both sides.

Here is a little wall shelf with pegs with some Christmas do-dads.

Here is my nativity set!

Here is a wreath on a door inside the house.

And finally a picture of our Christmas tree!

Karen,

I wish you a very Merry Christmas. I pray your husband is recovering more and more each day!

I think of you often and keep praying for your husband's full recovery. I am so glad that he is back home and that you will spend Christmas at home together!

You are very welcome for the little ornament! It will be a little reminder for you of our friendship and the magic of the internet that made it possible.

Your decorations are beautiful and the tree is spectacular! How sweet that you got some help decorating!

If you'd like to play the Favorite Things Letter game, you can use the letter M. How about it?

Oh Karen everything looks wonderful and cheerful! I love your tree. It looks so inviting. But it looks like you may need some help from my kids next year because your ornaments were spaced out way to good!
Hugs.

Yoo-hoo! It's me again! I was going to send you an e-card this evening, but all I have is your office e-mail address. Do you have an alternate one you can send me?
