Skunk Romance!!

I've been doing a bit of research about skunks lately. It seems that skunks mate in late February and early March and then have their babies in May or June. I also learned that if the female doesn't like a particular male, she will spray him to get rid of him. I've also learned that skunks make a variety of noises including a screeching sound and chirping sort of like birds.

"Why the sudden interest in skunks?" you ask!!!

Well, it seems that some skunks have found their way under my house! They sprayed a few times. In the early morning hours when I've been up studying in the quiet of the morning hours, I have heard them. So I did some research and bought a wire trap. Fortunately, my 22 year old son has taken on the skunk challenge. He sets the trap and monitors it. So far we've caught 1 stray kitty twice, our cat once, and 2 male skunks. Those 2 won't be romancing under my house any more.

He's a handsome fella! Now tell me, how do you keep from getting sprayed when you move him to another location?
