New Eyes

So I finally made it to the Eye Doctor today....I think it's been on my "to do after April 15th" list for a year or 2. Actually, I have been noticing that it is harder to see for the last few months. When I got there, it had been 4 years.

Anyway--I graduated to the bifocal club. I opted for the progressive no line lenses and added the transition effect so I'll have some help with sunlight. I've worn glasses since I was in 5th grade and never had any sunshades other than occasionally putting sunglasses over my real glasses. Wore contacts for a while a few different times.

So I'm looking forward to getting my new eyes in a week or so.

You will love your new glasses! And it is good that you are getting the transition ones for eye protection outside. Those that don't wear sunglasses throughout their lives are more prone to having cataracts later on.

And put on your calendar for yearly visits, LOL! Eyesight is too important to skimp money on!
