An announcement

On Thursday at our post tax season retreat, the owner of the firm announced to my co-workers that after over 20 years as the sole owner of the firm, he has decided to share the ownership with someone. Nothing official has happened yet, but I was introduced as the next owner in the firm. I'm very excited about this opportunity and a little overwhelmed too. We have many details yet to work out and I REALLY must keep plugging at the school work so that I can get my CPA license ASAP. I will buy in gradually over time getting a small ownership percentage and a few more responsibilities as we go along.
